Dr. Ken Crump has been Board Certified as a Family Practice Physician since 1997. He received his undergraduate degree at BYU, and then attended medical school at the University of Washington. His number one passion is providing excellent medical care to his patients, but a close second is all things BYU Football! Dr. Crump is also an accomplished triathlete and enjoys biking the trails in Provo canyon.
Born in Idaho and raised in Montana, he now makes his home in Orem. He and his wife are the parents of 4 children.
Lisa Hall has been a nurse practitioner since 2005. She completed her nursing degree at BYU in 1997 and worked for 8 years as an RN in Labor and Delivery and Newborn ICU. She returned to BYU for further education and training to become a nurse practitioner and graduated in 2005. She has worked as an NP with Dr. Thomas Judd in his OB-GYN practice, with Dr. Pamela Vincent in Neurology and in Family Medicine with Revere Health. Her professional interests are women’s health, neurology and mood disorders and working with patients long term to reach their health goals. In her free time she loves to read, hike and bike. She loves to spend time with family and neighbors and is finally learning to love cooking. She is married to Dan Hall and has 3 kids- 2 teenagers and a surprise caboose baby girl born in 2015. Actually, that baby has become the new hobby for everyone in the family. What a joy she has been.
Janice Robinson has worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2007. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from BYU in 1995 and worked for 12 years as an RN at IHC hospitals before returning to BYU to receive a Master’s degree in 2007. Her research focused on patient-centered care which emphasizes the importance of educating and involving patients in making health care decisions. She and her husband have 8 children and 19 grandchildren. In her free time she enjoys hiking and activities with family. Their home has been in Provo for the past 27 years.
Pete graduated from Des Moines University and began practicing as a Physician Assistant in 2003. He practiced all over the Intermountain West before joining Dr. Crump in 2010. Pete is passionate about all aspects of health, with a focus on men’s health issues and pediatrics. Pete grew up in Idaho Falls and now lives in Eagle Mountain with his wife (who is a nurse). They are the parents of 4 children, the youngest having just graduated from medical school.
Micah Stansfield-Duvall has more than 12 years of experience as a registered nurse and charge nurse in emergency, medical/surgical, and correctional healthcare prior to obtaining her family nurse practitioner certification. She also served as a nursing clinical instructor for three years. Micah has worked in an Urgent care/family practice setting treating a variety of injuries. Micah received her Master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from the University of Utah and will complete her doctorate degree from Maryville University. Micah also brings experience in managing health care for General Adult Neurology Parkinson’s Disease, Movement, Multiple Sclerosis, Epilepsy, Neck & Back Pain, Stroke, Migraine, Addiction, pain management, large joint injections such as Supartz and orthovisc, Occipital nerve blocks, trigger point injections, Botox for MHA, and weight loss. Micah’s hobbies include hunting, spending time with family, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.
