Although there is no cure for arthritis, there are certain foods that can reduce symptoms and boost your immune system. Fatty Fish

Load up on fatty fish that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. We recommend adding tuna, mackerel, or salmon to your diet twice a week. Not a fan of fish? Opt for omega-3 supplements instead.

Vegetables
