Dr Crump has been my physician for more than 15 years. I am older so I go in regularly to maintain my health and I find he is an exceptional and rare doctor. He listens, doesn't judge, doesn't feel like any question or concern is stupid or a waste of time. He is very caring about his patient's well-being and takes whatever time is necessary to ensure you are comfortable and cared for. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Perfect - That is my experience with Lake View, and beyond perfect is my experience with Dr. Crump. It's very apparent that Dr. Crump really cares about people and wants to help.
I don't visit the Dr as often as I should. I actually have in the past dreaded going to a Medical Provider, always feeling like a number being rushed through the system. Not this time. This was a whole new experience and it was good. Thanks to Lake View staff for your way in treating people with comfort and concern. Thank You Dr Crump for your care, for the way you explain things in a manner that one can understand, for not making a patient feel rushed or foolish for questions or concerns. I am converted. If this is what a Dr. visit is like sign me up. I recommend Lake View Medical and Dr Crump to all.

Dr. Crump, Duvall , and their staff are truly the finest group of health care people ever gathered in one place. Great bedside manner, , truly concerned with giving you and your health concerns every answer possible. I owe a lot to them concerning my health and well being. I am sincerely happy to have found them.

overall, it was a good experience. He was very attentive, listened to my concerns and has a good plan in action for my improved health. my only complaint would be that they were running late and it took a half hour to get me in
